During this work, it was also identified that some additional work to my ridge tiles was needed as one of them had split. "There was multiple issues with the current flat roof. Simon came out before his working day began. Inspected the work required thoroughly, explaining all the issues and how they would be fixed. Quote arrived swiftly and was detailed. Arrived promptly on the day, polite and considerate of my home (even though it’s a building site- renovation). Site left clear and tidy. I’ve used a few trades people for my current renovation, and sadly not many I would recommend or use again. Simon is certainly not one of them!"
